Vincent Mistretta spent four decades at the highest levels of institutional finance, co-founding a hedge fund recognized multiple times as one of the best in its class. As co-founder of Coherence Capital Partners, Global COO of Credit Fixed Income and the builder of a multi-billion dollar credit platform at UBS
Along the way he learned what separates organizations that grow from ones that stall, and it almost never comes down to strategy alone. It comes down to leadership, alignment, and having someone in your corner who has seen it all before.
He launched Mistretta Advisors in 2025 to bring that experience directly to founders, executives, and leadership teams who are ready to do the most meaningful work of their careers. His approach is rooted in one core belief: the best advisors work toward the day their clients no longer need them.
